Yoga with Becky Mac
Yoga for Every Body!
My Yoga Journey
I have practiced yoga on and off for almost 20 years and have always loved how it helps me stay grounded and present in the moment. In 2017, I found my way home to 502 Power Yoga after taking my first class there. I loved the practice and community so much, I started working my way up on the 502PY team: beginning as an Energy Exchange team member, to Front Desk staff, Assisting team and now am the Support Team Lead!
While I've always dreamed of being a yoga teacher, I never really thought I would do it (public speaking is NOT my favorite!). At 502PY I learned that I already have everything I need within me to teach or do whatever I choose, so I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with 502PY in March of 2019. I love how yoga is for EVERY body, and have a strong desire to spread the benefits and my love for yoga to others!
I JUST rejoined the teaching team at 502PY and will be subbing classes for now, and I teach on Tuesday's at 6:00PM and Gentle Chair Yoga on Wednesday at 12:00PM, both at OMies Yoga Studio I would love to see you at a class!

During Covid, we moved our yoga classes outdoors at Bowman Field
A beautiful space, and worked perfectly until it got cold and dark in the fall!
My home studio, where I'm currently the Support Team Lead (helping behind the scenes). I was on the teaching team for about 6 months pre-Covid, and I'm not currently teaching at the studio, I just highly recommend the community and classes! Both in person and virtual classes available:

Pre-Covid we had a lot of fun classes at SFA. A lot of this same community comes to my Tuesday at 6:00PM class. Join us!
