A 5 Minute Pause to Start Your Day
I LOVE a good morning routine, and I intentionally make time for my ( admittedly lengthy ) time in the morning by getting up early, no matter where I am. I've built my morning routine to include journaling, a few minutes of meditation, planning my day, enjoying my coffee. It helps me start my day grounded and centered... My Need to Create Space for Something New
In March last year, I spent the month intentionally clearing out my space - decluttering physical space, deleting things from my digital world, noticing my mental habits and stories. My plan was to just focus that one month and clear out as much as possible. What I found is at 54, I have a lot of "stuff!" It's taken me this long to accumulate things, ideas, perspectives, etc, so it's going to take more than a month to clear it out! A big portion of my time and energy these d


The World Needs Your Kindness
If you spend much time listening to or watching the news these days, you would see the need for more love and kindness in the world. Side note: if you find yourself getting overwhelmed by it all, check out some of my suggestions here ( these are really just things I'm trying for myself !), notably, it's ok to turn off the news.
