Every Little Bit
Are you like me and feeling that "September energy?" It was a wonderful FULL summer, and for me, September is more about getting back to a routine. Sometimes that can be super overwhelming - where do you start?
I'm a huge fan of the idea that every little bit counts, small steps taken consistently move us forward. So right now, I'm leveraging my timer and committing to spending 15 minutes every day on my project(s)!

⏱️Introducing the Every Little Bit Challenge!!
Do you have a project that you've been putting off because it's overwhelming, or a daily task that continuously gets moved to the bottom of the priority list, and every day you get discouraged with yourself for not doing it? First of all, you're not alone!
Your one "thing" could be:
a household chore (cleaning, decluttering, laundry)
a lingering project (remodeling your bathroom, a big work assignment)
a personal health goal (meal prep/planning, daily movement, journaling or meditation).
I have a number of these: decluttering, cleaning up my office, working on MacDonald Wellness, meal planning, to name a few!! 😅
⭐ Do you have 15 minutes each day?
Why 15 minutes?
15 minutes is something that you likely have available, even if it's 3 x 5 minutes
15 minutes is small enough where it's doable, not overwhelming
Most of the time, the hardest part is getting started, and sometimes making something easier is exactly what gets you to do it!
Also if you do something 15 minutes every day for 28 days, that is a total of 7 hours!! 🤯Imagine what all you can accomplish in 7 hours towards your project, or consistently doing something every day!
The goal is to do it every day, not about perfection. Consistency is key! What do you think you can accomplish with 7 focused hours??
Join me in the Every Little Bit Challenge! 🎉
Pick your one thing, set your timer, and let's go!!
This idea has been working for me (my current 15 min commitments are decluttering and working on MacDonald Wellness every day), and I thought I'd share. I created a challenge with a FREE 28 day tracker plus will share ideas and motivation along the way to help keep you moving forward. Let's do this!! 🙌 Join the challenge and comment below and let me know what you're working on!

Don't worry about what day it is, or if it's the "right" time - start where you are today! Commit to 15 minutes every day, and you might just surprise yourself with how you feel in 28 days!
I believe in you!! 🙌 Let's go!
